I once talked to a female croupier. She wasn't complaining, casinos dispatch anyone who's misbehaving very quickly, and tips are solid. Patrons come back anyway, so no need to tolerate weirdos. And the rich folks know to keep any advances to the back rooms to avoid attention. It's worse for the staff in regular night bars that don't have their own security.

Incidentally, I also knew a professional (female) poker player. A very smooth talker, I had a feeling that she knows how to distract the other players if she wants to. I wouldn't want to play poker against a girl, unless it's nude poker that is.
 
My daughter visited a Casino in Vegas and acutally got a temporary job there for a couple of weeks (as you do!)

She said it was run very professionally and although the emphasis was on sex and spedning money, she actually felt quie happy there. Her job was to work as a 'hostess', keep the punters happy, encourage them to spend money and enjoy themselves. And keep their hands to themselves, there were also a few 'punters' present who were actually hidden security men and bodyguards, actually out to spot fraudsters and potential troublemakers out to fleece the casino, but who would also protect the girls at a moment's notice.
Just out of interest, in case you were wondering, her boss was a very, very nice man named Tony Luigi (yup, straight up!) who was Italian American and phoned his Mum every day. And he himself had an Austrian bodyguard called Bruno who said not a single word the few weeks she was there.
 
Been to Vegas 3 times, the last time was a freakin blast, won a grand, hit every strip club and went to a few crazy parties where I woke up with 2 hot naked brunettes the next morning, good times.

wasn't that big of a deal, I have been with a LOT of women. i did think about moving out there after that for a change of pace, but glad I didn't since this was pre covid and the city pretty much shut down during covid

It's funny, i did meet a stripper from the state I live in while there. She was thinking of dancing there for awhile to make some money. Turns out they have much different rules and expectations that most other places. It's pretty much sex when you get a table dance when i was there,
